Sharing experiences from our work routine is one of the ways we found to contribute to the professional and personal growth of the hundreds of communication students in our region. And that is exactly why we created Dls_Lab, our traveling – and also in-house – project that will bring a bit of our experience to those still in college.

In workshop format, our team talks about the routine and workflow in the main areas we work in: account services, strategic planning, social media, content production, photography, audiovisual and creative.
In a relaxed way, our chats were also a chance not only to share what we have lived, but to “feel” how this crowd is doing — the people sitting in university classrooms today who tomorrow will be our colleagues in the profession. And much more than that: to show that there is always room for those willing to invest in one of the fields that changes the most as the years go by: communication.

The coordinator of the Advertising program at Unifai – Centro Universitário de Adamantina, Lilian Pacchioni, says the workshops were 100% productive and contributed enormously to the students' education, especially on three important fronts. “First, they got to see what the job market is like, combining theory and practice. Second, there was a lot of interaction between professionals and students, and the bond built during the workshops was very good. The third point is that the students came away delighted and motivated about the profession. We hope other institutions take this same initiative of bringing your knowledge into the academic environment,” she says.
“It was a wonderful project that brought students together with experienced communication professionals.” That is how student Daniela Pereira puts it — besides taking part in Dls_Lab, she did a week-long immersion here at the agency and followed the work of every department up close.

Dls_Lab has already visited Faisa (Faculdade de Ilha de Solteira), Unifai (Centro Universitário de Adamantina) and the ETEC in Araçatuba, and has taken part in several examination panels for final-year projects (TCC) at the main communication schools in the Araçatuba and Birigui region.
